Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt

Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Vorgefunden haben wir eine völlig abgerockte Inneneinrichtung. Die Räume mit lieblos zusammengestellten Möbeln, deren Alter locker 50 Jahre überschritten haben. Nichteinmal eine Couch im Wohnbereich war vorhanden. Aus der Gästetoilette kam ein permanent lautes Gluckern aus dem Wasserzulauf. Leider 24 Stunden lang. Preis Leistungsverältnis total überzogen. Einzig der Blick in die Berge war wunderschön.

Fantastisch!

De woning is gelegen in een klein, rustig dorpje. De inboedel is een ietwat gedateerd maar functioneel. Het bad is verdwenen, hiervoor is een 2e toilet een een douche in de plaats gekomen. Vanaf het terras een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en Lugano. In het dorpje zelf zijn geen winkels oid, maar er is een bakkerijtje op 20 minuten lopen. ;-) We hebben de medewerker van Interhome wat tips gegeven wat beter zou kunnen.

Het huis was lekker royaal...beetje achterstallig onderhoud wat jammer is. Maar het heeft ons niet beperkt om heerlijk te genieten van de ruimte, het terras en de tuin met een fantastisch mooi uitzicht op Lugano en het meer. Dus in een woord GENOTEN.

Das Haus ist in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Trotzdem ist man in kurzer Zeit in der Stadt. Älteres Haus, aber es ist alles vorhanden. Grosser Garten und Sitzplatz. Wir haben hier tolle Wanderungen gemacht.

Prachtig huis met mooie tuin en fantastisch uitzicht. Voor wie van de stad houdt een ideale locatie. De buitenwijk waarin deze villa ligt heeft geen voorzieningen, zelfs geen bakker. Je moet het dus niet ontzien om werkelijk voor alles in de auto te stappen.

Wunderbare Aussicht

Haus mit wirklich wunderschöner Aussicht. Alles funktionierte, war sauber und angenehm. Sehr ruhige Umgebung aber doch nicht ausgestorben. Die Betten und gewisse Küchenutensilien sollten vielleicht auch mal getauscht werden in Zukunft. Für Familien mit kleinen Kinder geeignet. Netter Verwalter vor Ort. Würden sicher nochmals gehen.

maison très bien située avec vue magnifique sur Lugano. Maison et ameublement un peu désuets mais confortables. Le jardin n'est pas clos donc je ne recommande pas un séjour avec un chien (risque de fuite et accident pour l'animal)

Einfach genial

Man kann schnell erkenne, dass das Haus nicht neu ist, aber Zustand ist sehr gut (gepflegt, sauber). Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, in weniger Minuten ist man in Lugano. Für mich, einfach perfekt. Werde sicher nochmals vorbeikommen :)

Sehr alte Einrichtung, aber brauchbar. Mindestens das Badezimmer sollte erneuert werden (Dusche!) Es sollte erwähnt werden, das es diverse Treppenabsätze zum Haus hat.
