In the picturesque village of Ruvigliana, a panoramic village on the hills of Lugano, ROSE 2 will welcome you for your relaxing holidays, as a couple or with your family, but also with friends or for a business stay away from the frenzy of the center! 



The newly renovated apartment has maintained a village house feel in some details and has been tastefully furnished, favoring shades of white. It develops on two levels: the living area on the ground floor and the sleeping area on the upper floor. At the entrance there is the dining room with a table for 4, and the separate, compact and well-organized kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners. Next to it, the living room with flat screen TV and a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). Also on the ground floor, there is a small service bathroom with a toilet and sink. Going up the staircase, there are two double bedrooms, with large wardrobes to store your apparel, and in the anteroom a romantic small balcony to enjoy the magnificent lake view. The apartment is completed by a bathroom with modern and large shower.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

How to arrive:

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take \"Lugano Nord\" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. Rose Apartment doesn’t have a private car park, but guests can park in the public parking close to the building. You can park in two public parking: one on the first curve of the road leading to Ruvigliana, with parking spaces with time disc and the other after the second curve with paid public parking spaces. 

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus n. 461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 7 stops (about 12 minutes) and get off at \"Viganello, San Siro\" stop. Here, take the bus N.10 (direction Castagnola Capolinea) for 5 stops (5 minutes) and get off at \"Ruvigiana, ex Clinica\" stop. Walk for about 4 minutes to reach the building.
