Purple contrasts with the white of the modern living room furniture, like the color of the large sofa in the TV area and the chairs of the dining table for 6 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the corridor.

There are two double bedrooms and a one single bedroom with a desk, while all of them spacious and furnished with a closet for storing your wardrobe comfortably. Everyone has their own privacy, thanks to the 2 bathrooms with shower.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Lakefront and Lac are 5 walking minutes distant, while the city centre and the station of Lugano are 7 walking minutes from the apartment; the bus stop is close to the building complex. The area is very well served: in front of the building there is a grocery store.



How to arrive:

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station walk about 15 minutes (about 1 km) along Via Clemente Maraini in a southerly direction (towards Paradiso), or take bus No. 2 for 2 stops or bus No. 4 for 2 stops and get off at \"Lugano Loreto\" stop. The building is located 10 meters from the stop. 

The apartment does not have private parking, but you can park in the paid public car parks nearby. If you arrive from the motorway, 50 meters on the right of the traffic lights there is a paid municipal car park; if you arrive from the station, turn left to via Adamini (direction lago e Lac) and 100 meters after the post office you will see on the right the entrance to the paid covered car park.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Change of towels is available on request.

Check in was super easy. The apartment was very clean, and in well taken care of. Communication of the check in process was done prior to check in and everything we needed was included and clear.Bus stop (two stops on the #2 bus from the main train station in Lugano) was right nest to the apartment. Super easy. There was a lift to the second floor for the apartment.Plenty of pots and pans, utensils, and pods for the dishwasher were included.Washer was efficient. No dryer, but we were aware, and a drying rack was included.Portable air conditioners were in the main bedrooms. It was warm in the rest of the apartment, but not deal breaker warm. Duct to one needed to be replaced, but workable.Location is a 10 minute easy walk to the center of downtown, shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Plenty of public transport options with the bus stop right there. Local public transport passes are inexpensive. A couple of small convenience stores within a 3 minute walk for essentials.Only hiccup we had was added charges on our bill from VRBO that were not there on the initial booking, but my guess is that is a vrbo issue, not a Mariani 36 issue. Just FYI though. Overall a great place to stay in a fantastic city.
