Auténtica villa toscana

La villa es súper confortable, tiene parqueo y ascensor. . El servicio es muy bueno, el desayuno acaba a las 10 y a pesar que bajamos una hora luego nos habían guardado el desayuno que está muy completo y ahora en el verano se puede desayunar en un jardín muy agradable . Hay un salón donde se puede tomar el te que es una belleza. Lo único que no es mi favorito es la ducha ya que es una cabina, pero el ambiente de la casa hace que eso no importe. Muy recomendada! volveremos

Un esperienza incantevole

Ottimi accoglienza e servizi, colazione corretta in quadro d'altri tempi in ottimo stato. A cinque minuti in macchina dal centro di Lucca. Sarebbe bene cambiare l'apparecchio della climatizzazione (per lo meno nella camera occupata), i modelli piú recenti sono molto meno rumorosi.

Estada foi boa , porem tivemos um erro na reserva , a mesma foi duplicada e pagamos o dobro , pois os proprietários não nos restituíram os valor pagos a maior. Mesmo eles estando cientes do erro, ficamos muito chateados com o ocorrido e não recomendo esse hotel, estarei fazendo a divulgação do ocorrido nas redes sociais. Um erro que poderia ser resolvido pelos proprietários mas usaram de ma fé e se aproveitaram da situação!

Lovely staff, such a shame about the location... On such a busy road deserted, just one little cafe nearby buy you have to walk on the road on a busy A road! The hotel is very dated and signs of damp etc. Wouldnt return unfortunately.

DA LEGGERE TUTTA: Arrivati Domenica 3 Aprile e partiti 3 giorni dopo. Siamo stati talmente bene che non posso non fare un elogio con i controfiocchi a questa struttura ed al suo staff. Partiamo dalla struttura. La villa è addirittura più bella di quanto si possa vedere dalle foto online, le camere sono abbastanza spaziose e nella nostra c'erano due finestre insonorizzate in camera ed una in bagno. L'atmosfera di quiete che si respira all'interno della villa che sembra ristrutturata da poco è fantastica, è tutto molto ordinato e curato, il giardino che circonda la villa è molto accogliente e riservato, la colazione al buffet è ricca e lo staff pone molta attenzione verso i clienti curando in ogni particolare tutto ciò che riguarda il soggiorno. La posizione dell'hotel permette di raggiungere in 15 minuti circa Pisa ed in 10 minuti circa il centro di Lucca. Che dire, ci rendiamo conto che questa recensione può sembrare una sviolinata ma il soggiorno ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative e non possiamo far altro che suggerirvi di soggiornare presso questo Hotel...chiamarlo B&B è decisamente riduttivo e fuori luogo.

Charmant, aber ...

Wir bewohnten als Familie ein 2 Suiten-Zimmer mit einem Bad dazwischen. Die Lage zur Straße ist prima. Aber die Straße ist sehr gut befahren - dementsprechend bei offenem und geschlossenem Fenster wirklich laut auch durch häufigen Krankenwagenverkehr. Die Zimmer zum Garten sind da sicher günstiger. Das Hotel wirkt sehr charmant auf den Gast, Lobby, Zimmer, Gemeinschaftsflure sind mit stilvollen Möbeln ausgestattet. Hohe Räume, alter Steinboden, die Decken passend zum Haus floral bemalt. Man ist in der Toskana - der morgendliche Blick beweist es zusätzlich! Zauberhaft! Auf den zweiten Blick war es dann nicht so stilvoll: die Zimmer nicht so staubfrei/spinnenwebenfrei, die Bettrahmen bewegten sich um die Matratzen herum, dadurch war der Wandputz abgeschlagen. Das Badezimmer hatte seine besten Tage hinter sich, die Duschwanne/Duschwände waren an den Fugenstellen verrostet. Eine tägliche Reinigung findet nicht statt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend um den Hunger zu stillen (Weißbrot, Croissant, ein Kuchen, Kekse, Marmelade, eine Wurstsorte plus eine Käsesorte, Joghurt, Flakes, 2 Obstsorten), aber man wusste ja um die tollen Bäcker in der Umgebung. Die Kaffeeangebote in einem "Kaffeland" haben uns gar nicht zugesagt - es war eindeutig lösliches Kaffeepulver für normalen Kaffee sowie für Lattemacchiato. Das passte nicht ins Ambiente. Zum Schlafen für einen Kurzurlaub kann man das Hotel auswählen.

Great hotel in a perfect location: close to Pisa and even closer to Lucca, an astonishingly beautiful little town near Pisa. The house is a bit in the middle of nowhere, and a bit too close to the road if you are unlucky to get a room facing that way, but both Pisa and Lucca are near enough to not be a great drive and the traffic dies down during the night, so all good. Great service and plenty of room to park your car, which is something that became a sort of necessity when booking a hotel in Tuscany.

Super Lage für Pisa und Lucca. Tolles Ambiente.

Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht in diesem wunderbaren Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind wunderschön dekoriert und eingerichtet. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus, auch für einen VW-Bus. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Takes a little time to appreciate it

The air conditioning unit was noisy and the bathroom could have more convenient surfaces (for shaving and toothbrushes etc) but the building grew on us, it takes a little time to appreciate it totally. The staff were friendly and helpful.
