I cannot say enough about this place. It was a paradise. The room, the grounds, the staff and the pool were excellent. An extra surprise was how good the on-property restaurant was! In fact, we ended up having all three dinners there during our three night stay, as well as one lunch. Breakfast was included, so of course we had that there as well and they put out a nice spread for you in the morning. You can sit inside the sun-porch style building or outside on the patio. I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know!
The hotel is lovely with well manicured park like grounds, nestled by mountains just outside of Lucca. Quiet and picturesque. The room was large, the bed excellent and the ensuite bath recently redesigned and very clean. Good water pressure, lots of hot water. The breakfast was great, and I wish I had stayed another day to try the restaurant at night, A great small hotel if traveling by car.
