Check in was easy breezy. Grounds and facilities were as expected for a Comfort Inn, nothing fancy or flashy. Staff were nice except Joe…he’s the best thing about this hotel. What a gem of a human. He really made our stay wonderful. Thank you Joe! It wasn’t the same on your day off. Anyway, bathroom was kinda cringe.

Room wasn’t clean. Bathtub dirty. Shades on window dirty. Hair on sheets. Staff was nice and provided sheets but the new sheets had hair on them also. They gave us cleaner so we could clean bathtub. Overall not a great experience. Also elevator was scary. Thought we were stuck bc door won’t open for a long time after stopping.
