Everything in this hotel felt old and worn out. The place had an unpleasant smell, and the hallways reeked of smoke. The entire building creaked and made noise, and the soundproofing was awful. The sofa was sagging and uncomfortable, and the mattress didn’t even have a mattress pad. The bathroom was outdated, rusty, and so shabby that we didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower. Honestly, I don’t understand the positive reviews; they seem questionable at best.

Room was somewhat clean. The hotel itself is dirty. You can see the dust everywhere. Elevator is dirty.I couldn’t enjoy a relaxing bath where the tub was old, stained and dirty! I didn’t even shower. Overall it needs a remodel! New everything!

The bed was so comfortable and front desk staff were friendly and kind. I felt like the room could have been cleaner. The floor in the room was dirty and the walls and windows in the room were obviously dirty. The elevator was also really dirty, floors and walls, lots of finger marks over the stainless steel.

The bathtub was rusty. There wasn’t a pillow case on one of the pillows. The sleeper sofa was bent in the middle and uncomfortable. The property in general was in need of a deep clean. The elevator made concerning noises. The gym was dirty and the equipment was broken. But staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.
