Cocoonr is offering this charming single-storey house for rent in the town of Louvigny, featuring a shared swimming pool (located on the owner’s property), with a floor area of 35 m² and accommodating up to 2 guests. It comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room, and a terrace of around 6 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with a sofa and TV
- An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) with storage space and a storage bed base.
- A shower room with a shower
- A separate toilet

Outdoors:
- A shared swimming pool on the owner’s property, accessible via the garden, heated and open from 1 April to 30 September (opening dates are not binding and subject to weather conditions), with a cover and an alarm.

The property is small but fine for a few days in and around Caen. Very clean and generally well equipped (although a bread knife and butter knife would be a good addition).The host is very friendly and gave us so many recommendations of where to go we could never manage to do them all.Parking is fine but a bit tight for our large car, if you have a smaller car it would be no problem. However, this seems to be pretty standard in France and never caused any real issues.Great place for a short stay, village is pretty and you can walk or cycle into Caen through a greenway if you want to which is nice.

Die Ausflugsziele für uns wurden mit viel Aufwand seinerseits ausgesucht und trafen genau unseren Geschmack. Ebenso die Gastfreundschaft von Stephen, angefangen mit gekühlten Willkommens Getränken im Kühlschrank bis hin zum gemütlichen Grillen und zusammensitzen mit Köstlichkeiten der Normandie.
