positiv:- 3 Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Essen, allerdings ohne Verrücken des Tisches nur für 3 Personen: in der Küche, im kleinen Hof und in der Veranda.- Schlafzimmer sind geräumig- Küche funktional mit großem Kühl- und Gefrierschank - Kleiner Supermarkt 3 min. Fußweg.- Es ist für eine Stadt ruhig gelegen.Sonstiges:- Es gibt eine Katze.- Es ist ein älteres Haus, über 3 Etagen, die mit einer steilen Treppe verbunden sind.- Das Haus hat teilweise Original Holzböden, wurde aber auch amateurhaft renoviert, z.b. war das Laminat in der Veranda durchgebrochen.- Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war gut, das Objekt ist jedoch nicht für gehobene Ansprüche geeignet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. - Die Vermieterin wohnt zeitweise in einem Zimmer nebenan. Karina ist hilfsbereit.
