Nice hotel in a great location. The bathroom was a good size — something that can be hard to find in France. My only critique is that one of the front desk staff, the gentleman with the beard, could improve his customer service skills. That said, I still give this establishment five stars overall.

The location of the hotel was great, near restaurants, the chateau, and other main attractions. The staff of the hotel were very helpful and had enough English fluency to compensate for my measly French. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The next door restaurant is wonderful!!

Some may missunderstand old hotels. It is a little noisy and European smaller. But it was perfect. Comfortable and amazing staff. Lots to see in the area and some great restaurants. Do not hesitate.

Air conditioning had not been working for days before my 24 hour cancellation window expired and didn’t say that the a/c wasn’t working, and wouldn’t be working the entire time we would be there. Discovered this when we got into our room and there was a letter in the bed stating it was not working, offered as much ice and water dispenser water that we wanted. I could have gone elsewhere if they had told me the situation. Had to sleep with the windows wide open and the noise outside and street lights of course led to not sleeping the entire stay! Don’t even offer a free breakfast or free parking to say sorry about the situation!

The gentleman checking us in was not very friendly. The other gentleman was awesome & helpful! Hotel needs updating - no carpet in room. Balcony area was crumbling which took from what would’ve been a very nice view. 3rd bed was a pullout couch.
