We paid for parking but the car was towed and we couldn't get the car until the next day because the lot was closed. All spots on the first floor were marked as reserved but we paid for parking so we assumed they were reserved for paying hotel guests. We had to rent a car and pay the towing / storage which cost $350. In addition, parking rates were twice the normal rate due to a special event.

No shuttle from airport so I rented a car but and due to very limited atreet parking the hotel garage charges an additional $24/day. Also, booked through expedia and was upcharged for two days to include breakfast and was treated by staff as if they were being secretive that it was paid for and kept pushing to charge it to the room. So we went elsewhere both days for breakfast. Will not stay here again!
