I love the lake behind the property and how nice the staff was. The place was very clean and tidy.

It was half renovated. It was much nicer inside than it appeared outside. The building looks tired but the lobby was nice.

They had Bed Bug killer behind their bar, and the pillows were tiny, and carpet was disgusting.

Where to start? The rooms on in the I floor smelled like cigars and cigarettes! The bathrooms showers were painted white over old tile and the paint was peeling we had our room moved to the K building but it continue to go down hill. Our room door locked us out Multiple times and we had to walk back in fourth to the front desk to get new keys or to have our door reset we had a late game on Saturday night returning to hotel with dinner to be locked out again didn’t get into our hotel until 140AM!! Ridiculous I had night meds I needed to take that’s not all come to find out the day we were leaving Monday 25 the room had bed bugs now we have to get all our clothes and bags deep cleaned! Just a ridiculous hotel very upset

I was at the end of the I wing. I had to wind my way through several hallways to find my room. Vending machines were out of order; had to walk all the way to the bar in my pajamas for a drink. People were hanging out in the hallways drinking past 10:00 at night. Pool water chemicals were off; pool was cloudy and gross. Bathtub had been retrofitted for jets, and then the jets had gobs of caulk covering them over and the tub was dirty. Breakfast buffet had very few things that were good. Biscuits were stale and hard, hashbrowns were overcooked and hard, scrambled eggs and sausage links all overcooked and hard to chew. Gravy was good, omelettes were good, grits, oatmeal, and fruit were good. Beds were comfortable and sheets looked and smelled clean. Staff was friendly and helpful; ran out of margarita ingredients, so they gave me a free drink of something else.

The Hotel was Very Nice The staff, Especially the Restaurant staff, Were very Friendly and Made us feel at home. The hotel was SPOTLESS!! The only Negative-was the toilet constantly running…..in our room….

Bathroom was dirty, floors were worn and grimy, inconvenient to get to room- go around building then up stairs to get to tiny elevator. Website said breakfast included which was why chose this over another and once there said no longer available- pay only in dining room. Only plus was location was convenient

Hotel is a bit dated but it was clean from what I could tell. Fridge and TV didn't work in the first room we were given. Changed rooms and fridge didn't work in that room either. Not a big deal unless you really needed it for something. But the issues didn't leave a great impression. Indoor pool area looked nice, but we didn't have time to try. Staff was pleasant.

We checked in and the lobby looks like Radisson property, very nice, clean, new. The staff was not very friendly. We were told our room was in a different building and to drive across the parking lot to get to it. This other building is NOT anything like a Raddison. It was more like a no tell Motel 6. Dirty, paint peeling off walls, paint peeling in shower, smelly hallway. Pillows were half sized and hard and lumpy. Carpets dirty and gross. DO NOT STAY HERE!
