Television didn’t work I complained about it now. Nothing was done. There was some metal hitting the walls we couldn’t sleep and then at 4 o’clock in the morning found bedbugs in our bed so we had to move room with it and it was not a good week.

One of your staff ... Kimberly ... was very helpful as she helped us get a second room because the first room we were assisgned smelled of smoke. She went down to the front desk ... not a short trip ... to get the key for the new room while we waited with our luggage ... this was very helpful. Also when we were checking out, we had asked for late checkout and upon coming back from the pool just prior to that, the key fob would not work ... so again she let us into out room so we could finalized our packing and check out. Kimberly was a rock star. The hotel is a little dark and dirty ... you can tell there is work to be done on getting it remodeled and improved, but we enjoyed our stay for the price.

Advertised as 4 star......maybe half star. The room we reserved was on the 1st floor for disabled folks. The shower head was broken and had to be replaced. The property is NOT pet friendly. Family member kicked out without refund for her service dog. Room was bare. No alarm clock, bible, note pads etc. Lamps were missing bulbs, worn furniture, desk chair broken. Heater thermostat was off, turned on every few minutes. Had to ask daily for towels and coffee. Restaurant is nothing special and they dont offer room service. Dont stay here.
