Our stay here was great one of the best stays we have had great customer service checking in. The room was great had the heating:ac unit set working at a great temperature. Great hot water and A/C. Pool ice cold and out of service most of the stay. Bugs in our room. Laundry didnt work. Didnt clean my room for the entire 4 days i stayed. I had to approach the front desk and request new towels daily.
