The staff was nice enough. However, the room was not well groomed. The issues include a dried white substance in the headboard, a pocket door for the bathroom that would not shut all the way because it was broken, the same door was filthy, room smelled like stale pizza, and the shower had hair in the drain from the previous guest(s).

Spacious rooms with kitchen, dining table and extra bed.. The hotel was remodeled and very clean, its located in a safe neighborhood... The only down was the breakfast which is basic but oh well what else can you ask for..

We checked in late. We did not need the kitchen amenities but the room was priced right.
No ice, dirty chairs, hard bed, one pillow, no shampoo or conditioner. FILTHY
We got the room that came with a kitchen and a couch. It included a dishwasher and refrigerator and microwave and some dishes and a stove top. The main problem with this room, which I have also found in many other hotel rooms, is that the bathroom doesn't have a fan in the vent to suck up steam from a shower. After a few days the room gets humid and the furniture gets damp. The service is good and friendly. The location is convenient (right off the freeway). Housekeeping and a coin-operated laundry is provided at an extra charge, but a continental breakfast is complimentary.

This hotel is clean and the staff will help you with anything you ask. The location was great and access to the hotel was just off the interstate (I-64). Pleanty of places to eat and shop. For the price this hotel is a good place to stay. I will stay there again when visiting Louisville.
This was my first, but not last stay at Homestead. The staff was friendly and the room was well equipped and clean. I was only there for a few hours as I arrived late and had a morning meeting. The value was great through [...].
The staff of the Homestead Studio Suites were very nice. The room was fairly large; however there was no cleaning service at all. When we needed more towels we had to go to the front desk and ask for them. Most of the time there was no one available. They did not offer juice or coffee on the weekend. The outside of the motel was really dirty, the benches were so filthy you could not sit on them. Also people from other rooms put their trash out in front of their rooms and it never was picked up during my stay. There was a lot of parting on the parking lot and loud music.
