The staff was kind and helpful. Our tire deflated and two of the staff showed up to change the tire for us. The facility was clean with beautiful view and good eatery.

Pros: nice beach, clean hotel grounds, good staff.
Cons: It took 5 rooms until we received a room that was advertised on pictures.. initially they gave us extremely old room equivalent to 1-2 star hotel. Also all entertainment is in Spanish as well as all staff communication.
