Holiday flat "Casa Hola Mar" directly on the coast with infinity view of the sea

Casa Hola Mar is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday. With its 82 m², the roof terrace offers sun and shade all year round to enjoy the unobstructed 180-degree view of the sea. The 88 m² flat has been completely renovated and newly furnished. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and combination microwave/oven leaves nothing to be desired. The 2 bedrooms (1x with TV) offer space for 4 people and can be darkened with a blind. The bathroom with underfloor heating is accessible from both bedrooms and has a washbasin on each side of the shower. There is a further washing facility in the guest WC.

A home office workstation allows you to work easily with high-speed WLAN (fibre optics). The pull-out sofa and the 4K TV invite you to linger in the living room. The electric blinds protect the room from heat. The air conditioning can be used for cooling in summer and heating in winter. The roof terrace is equipped with a seating area and loungers as well as an electric awning and parasol. The washing machine and another fridge are in the storage room.

The flat is equipped with an alarm system, which provides security when the flat is not occupied. The system is switched off during your stay and the cameras are covered. Your privacy is very important to us. You do not need to bring towels and bed linen. Unfortunately, as we have designed the house to be allergy friendly, your beloved pet will have to stay at home and smoking is only allowed on the roof terrace.

There are a few parking spaces on the street. If there is nothing free there, you can use our private parking space 500 m away.

The nearest small supermarket is 50 m away. It is about 5 km to the lively centre of Puerto de la Cruz.
