About this property

SAN MARCOS ,vistas al mar y terraza privada

Maresía consists of eight vacation homes with incredible views of the sea and the summit. It has beautiful green areas and parking if you come by car. The pool is oriented towards the sea and has dream views from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Although Tenerife has very good weather, our pool is heated year-round and is shared with the rest of the apartments.

SAN MARCOS features a spacious en-suite bedroom, a dream terrace completely glazed so you don't miss anything. Located on the top floor of our house, it is the place where you can enjoy one of the best sunsets in Tenerife. It is equipped with Smart TV, high-speed WiFi, Nespresso, high-quality sofa bed, and everything you might need so that your only concern is enjoying the wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean. Our accommodations are completely renovated and updated in 2023.

The name Maresía comes from the water cloud that waves create when they break. When the sea is rough, "La Maresía" is felt from the house since we are very close to it. Therefore, you will be able to see, hear, and even smell the sea. If you think this is your place to enjoy your well-deserved vacation, come visit us.

We are committed Hosts, so we will always be available to advise you on restaurants, places to visit, sports activities, and anything else you want to do on our wonderful island of Tenerife.
The apartment features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a fenced private yard.
