Nice and cozy apartment for a maximum of 3 guests, in the residential area of Romanitca II in Los Realejos. A very quiet place ideal for a small family. The apartment is located a few minutes drive from the main street of El Toscal and La Longuera, where you will find many supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and cafes. There are also two petrol stations very close. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. A complete bathroom, with bathtub and shower. A spacious living room with Smart TV, a sofa bed and a large window with sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, gas cooker, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, hand blender. There is a wonderful roof terrace with sun loungers, a large parasol and an outside dining area.
