Maresía consists of eight holiday homes with incredible views of the sea and the summit. It has beautiful green areas and parking if you come with a car. The pool, shared with the rest of the homes, faces the sea with dream views from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Although the weather in Tenerife is very good, our pool is heated all year round.All homes have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a balcony or terrace with unforgettable views. Of course we also have Wifi, Smart TV and all the details that will make your stay something special on your vacation.We seek the privacy of our guests and we achieve it with a lot of vegetation knowing that your only neighbor will be the sea.The name Maresía comes from the cloud of water caused by breaking waves. When the sea is angry "La Maresía" can be felt from the house since we are very close to it. Therefore, you will be able to see, hear and even smell the sea. If you think this is your place to enjoy your well-deserved vacation, come visit us.In LOS ROQUES you can enjoy a private terrace and incredible views. It is a house with a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, a microwave and a refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower tray and a washing machine. Past the kitchen is the bedroom along with the living-dining room. It also has Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, Nespresso and everything you may need so that your only concern is enjoying the wonderful sea views. Our rooms are completely renovated and updated in 2023.We are committed Hosts so we will always be available to advise you on restaurants, places to visit, sports activities and anything you want to do on our wonderful island of Tenerife.The town of Los Realejos is friendly and close. The house is in the El Toscal - La Longuera neighborhood, a small town with all services and less than 5 minutes by car from the famous El Socorro beach and trails such as Rambla de Castro and La GordejuelaThe small town of Toscal and La Longuera is very close. From the house to La Longuera it will take around 5 minutes walking and there you will find great restaurants such as La Finca, El Andarife or El Guachinche El Pino. There are supermarkets, bakeries, bars and pharmacies very close.
