Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Resort & Spa-All Inclusive-Adult Only

The resort was nice but rather than a king size bed and were given 2 queens. We were informed after arriving that although we had booked a king size room that it was merely “a request” and not an actual guarantee for booking.

The view from our balcony was beautiful. The restaurants were really good; the service was equally as good. You have to try the ice cream and crepes at The Market at Quivira at Sunset. There's a complimentary shuttle to and from sister properties. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our vacation.

Very relaxing and comfortable. A couple of times our room keys didn’t work and had to get them replaced.

No activities promoted and no direction or tour when we got there. Stay was fair. Would not go back.

We had a great time . Thought the staff was awesome. Weather was perfect. Food was really good. My only complaint is maybe there should be a little more clarity on menu of what is considered all inclusive. I would definitely stay at this hotel again..

Disappointed in our stay...the staff has low to little sense of urgency during most of our stay. I felt like most encounters with the service could have made the overall experience excellent if they went out of their way to pleasure or deliver on simple requests throughout stay. To top off everything when we checkout out we had 2 mysterious charges that we never charged. The front desk made it so difficult to reimburse it back and provide proof. This really put a bad taste in our entire trip while leaving.

Great stay at PBP! Efficient service by the staff. Always willing to help, answer questions and make your stay the best they can, especially Feliciano. Not a fan of all inclusive but this one had great food and drinks.

If you want to go and have an all inclusive, good food, drinks, nightlife (dancing) with friendly staff, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. ABSOULTLY NO NIGHTLIFE. The crowd is a plus 55 with no dancing or band. There are only TWO bars during the day and both have rude bartenders and a very limited supply. When they run out of simple things like tequila and rum, they say they will get bottles "tomorrow' even though it is only 2 pm in the afternoon. IT WAS KIND OF WIERD. There is NO BUFFET to grab something quick. Only private sittings with only two restaurants so your choices are limited and the staff overall is rude. This is during the day. When you order it literally takes an hour. The kicker is that even though it is All-Inclusive, everything comes with a price and they TRY TO UP CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING. Want to go to the steak house, $35 per person and then you have to pay for wine. Group of 4 will cost you $300+ just for dinner with wine. So, it is not all-inclusive. Food average. Cancun hotels are way better. And go over to Sunset, it is a nightmare. You need to take a golf cart everywhere and again NO NIGHTLIFE. Our room smelled, dirty and had little tiny ants. Lovely. They also had to fix the toilet twice because it backed up. My opinion is that its like going on a vacation at a retirement village.

It was my honeymoon the overall stay was great. But the food choices could be a little bit better. The services was also great.

Everything about this place was AMAZING!! Loved the staff, food and everything in between!!

We have stayed at many all inclusive resorts, including the Sandals, and the Pacifica would rate at the top. A smaller, boutique resort, with a beautiful secluded beach, away from the vendors and chaos of Los Cabo’s, this place is a paradise. Yet, only a quick taxi ride or shuttle to downdown. You can make your stay very active with long beach walks, workouts at their amazing gym (the best yet from any travels), golf and daily activities, or simply relax by the pool or enjoy a beach cabana (extra charge). The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, but on a smaller size. The food is top quality, and for the most demanding clients they also have a surcharge extensive wine list and chefs specialities menu, but the greatest asset of this place are the staff... the customer service is the best! We will definitely go back.

Beautiful hotel, staff was wonderful, friendly and efficient. The only drawback was that they allowed guests to save chairs at the pool and by 8 in the morning they were all vacant but with towels on them and a small personal item placed on them to save them.

Grounds are beautiful, impeccably maintained Staff is friendly, but service is very, very slow Need more variety in the menu department, especially if you are staying for more than a few days. You can go to the other resorts i.e. Sunset where there are more choices of places to eat.

We were very pleased that this adult only resort was quiet and low key, perfect for us to relax. There are 4 different restaurants in Pacifica ,but everybody can take the shuttle to sunset beach anytime to enjoy other facilities. We enjoy the place till our last night ( a group of annoying and loud checked in 1 floor above us). Kept us awake until 2:00 am.

Great hotel, good food, great staff people, quit, really relaxing

When upcharges are the norm your have to wonder what all inclusive really means...this is plCe is good but the upcharges keep from being awesome

This is my first time in this resort, I have been in Cabo many time. I recommend with eye close this resort you will feel spoiled, pampered, happy.....people work here are AWSOME. Viva Cabo!!

This is our 2nd visit to the PBP. Beautiful as ever, the all inclusive is the way to go. Please don’t forget to tip, these folks work their tails off! And always w/ a smile! Food is fantastic, Wines as well. Service is slow, remember you’re in Mexico, not LA or NYC! Security is great on the compound. Be prepared for the timeshare presentation, It’s worth the $400 gift certificate. Real Estate prices are exorbitant. Worth the trip.

Lovely time. Staff was exceptionally accommodating. Resort was beautiful. Everyone was respectful. We def will return there again.

We had high hopes as the resort received really good reviews, but it was a big disappointment from the moment we got there. We arrived pretty late, and check-in took a really long time. We were told, very vaguely, where to find our room, and when we entered it was incredibly hot because the air conditioning had not been turned on in anticipation of our arrival. We turned the air on, and the ceiling fan to circulate some air as the room cooled. Immediately, the fan started making a very loud noise. We called the front desk, and someone did come to fix it, however, in the meantime we realized neither the TV or WiFi were working. Someone else brought a new remote up, and we were told they were working on the WiFi. The Wifi never worked in our room the entire trip. We quickly realized the air wasn't working in the room either, so we called yet again, and they said they would send someone. This was after midnight, and we waited about 30 minutes, and no one came. So we took our things down to the front desk, and just asked if we could get another room so we could go to sleep. The woman at the front desk never apologized for our troubles, or really even said anything. She just typed on the computer and said go to the room next door. We woke up the next morning hoping for a better day, but quickly realized one of the restaurants on the website, and that the concierge emailed me about before our arrival, was actually closed for renovation. The "deli" they boast on their website also h
