This is my first time in this resort, I have been in Cabo many time. I recommend with eye close this resort you will feel spoiled, pampered, happy.....people work here are AWSOME. Viva Cabo!!

This is our 2nd visit to the PBP. Beautiful as ever, the all inclusive is the way to go. Please don’t forget to tip, these folks work their tails off! And always w/ a smile! Food is fantastic, Wines as well. Service is slow, remember you’re in Mexico, not LA or NYC! Security is great on the compound. Be prepared for the timeshare presentation, It’s worth the $400 gift certificate. Real Estate prices are exorbitant. Worth the trip.

Lovely time. Staff was exceptionally accommodating. Resort was beautiful. Everyone was respectful. We def will return there again.

We had high hopes as the resort received really good reviews, but it was a big disappointment from the moment we got there. We arrived pretty late, and check-in took a really long time. We were told, very vaguely, where to find our room, and when we entered it was incredibly hot because the air conditioning had not been turned on in anticipation of our arrival. We turned the air on, and the ceiling fan to circulate some air as the room cooled. Immediately, the fan started making a very loud noise. We called the front desk, and someone did come to fix it, however, in the meantime we realized neither the TV or WiFi were working. Someone else brought a new remote up, and we were told they were working on the WiFi. The Wifi never worked in our room the entire trip. We quickly realized the air wasn't working in the room either, so we called yet again, and they said they would send someone. This was after midnight, and we waited about 30 minutes, and no one came. So we took our things down to the front desk, and just asked if we could get another room so we could go to sleep. The woman at the front desk never apologized for our troubles, or really even said anything. She just typed on the computer and said go to the room next door. We woke up the next morning hoping for a better day, but quickly realized one of the restaurants on the website, and that the concierge emailed me about before our arrival, was actually closed for renovation. The "deli" they boast on their website also h

It's a large property but is extremely well kept. And the service is impeccable.

Very pleasantly surprised with the quality and condition of the hotel. We recieved an unexpected email from the G.M at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica asking how she could make our trip better and she upgraded our stay to the towers. The design of the hotel made it seemed that every room had a view to the pool or the beach. Everything was perfect except the beach was extremely rough and for safety nobody was allowed to get in. The pool made up for the lack of beach. Overall this was one of the best hotels in Cabo.

Amazing experience staying at this hotel. Everyone is so friendly, hotel is beautiful, food is great, drinks are great. Rooms are very nice and clean, free shuttles to other hotels, pools are very nice. Perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacation.

All Inclusive should rather be called Some Inclusive

Amazing experience, one of the best all inclusive adult only resort

It was great experience and I would love to return as soon as possible.

Too much to say, I will leave it at the manager was rude and not willing to help with our disappointments, we checked out and went up the hill to sunset and loved it! The pacifica told us they wouldn't shuttle us up there with our luggage, they said we would have to take a taxi! We had 25 people in our party and none of them will ever stay there again. I would not recommend that place to any of my family or friends

This is a really great all inclusive. The pools are awesome. They have a faux sandbar to hang out on. The food is 5 star all the way. But really the best part is the employees. Always a smile, always a warm greeting, always eager to get you anything you ask for. If your going to the pool ask for Alexis section. He is amazing. He brings you another drink before you ask sometimes. Loved all our servers. Try out the wine tasting night with Hugo. You'll love him and the wines. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing time! Everyone was so friendly and and very helpful. The resort was beautiful and clean! No complaints!!

I was impressed from check in to check out. The entire staff was amazing! Alexis from the pool area made our cabana experience delightful. We loved every bit of our stay!

After traveling about 15 hours, we FINALLY made it to the hotel for our honeymoon. The hotel itself and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. It was like paradise...until within 3 minutes we were asked what time we wanted to have dinner. Turns out you need a reservation for EVERYTHING (except the buffet breakfast) so you literally have to plan your day around dinner or you simply can't eat. Our bellboy then told us to go to this table to receive our all-inclusive bracelets. The lady behind the desk asked us to sit down and asked what time we would like to schedule our "breakfast" at Sunset Hotel. She said if we went to this breakfast, we would receive a hefty hotel credit. After her being very persistent about it, we scheduled the "breakfast" for the following morning. She then said, "Make sure you go. I work on commission," which I thought was extremely tacky for such a nice hotel. As the day progressed, we realized that we didn't schedule a breakfast, but instead a business meeting where they were going to try to sell us a time share. We cancelled the breakfast. The lady then called us a 8:30 in the morning the following day to tell us she had rescheduled it for us! These people are super pushy and it is IMPOSSIBLE to relax here with someone constantly trying to sell you something. Always having to have a reservation for dinner is a hassle. Although the grounds were beautiful, I definitely wouldn't stay here again. It's too much pressure for "vacation."

Very relaxing getaway. We stayed in a room in the tower on the 4th floor. Stunning views! Room was clean, but could have been a tad larger. The bed was comfortable, but could have been designed with the bed having ocean views if placement was on the opposite wall. Coffee maker didn't work, but room service brought up a pot stat. Staff was amazing. Our "butler" Aldo was always quick to respond to any reservation needs. The only negative experience really was a recommendation of a sister property's restaurant "Fellinis" Italian restaurant was just ok at best.

Hands down best food of the Pueblo Bonito properties. Quiet environment to relax, beautiful property, and great staff. Only thing we did not like was having to make reservations constantly to shuttle back and forth to sister properties.

This place has it down right for an adult getaway. Good food, service, excellent gym, and a very well-kept resort. Only negatives were that WiFi can be terrible as it just goes down frequently and the wind can be strong. Pool side waiters keep you well hydrated and fed---Gonzalo was the best.

It started with a cab fare. $ 125.00 for four from the airport to the hotel. One way, so we paid $ 250.00!!! According to the cab driver, hotel takes $ 100.00 ( both ways ) from them!!!! Very windy place, dangerous beach ( huge waves ) and cold water in the pools!!! Only TV's are in a pool bar with a freezing cold water. Food is mediocre and not many choices at the best. It takes forever to get a drink or food. Grossly untrained and understaffed. Oh, in the middle of nowhere, so you need a cab to go anywhere ( $ 14 - 20.00 each way for four ). And they ask for the room number whenever you take a shuttle or a cab so they can keep track of you. The worst part is that they own 3 more hotels right there and those are light years ahead. And, I was told that is less expensive to stay there! The only good part is you can go in those hotels and use their restaurants and the pools. Again giving the room number and the name. And one day, without warning, we stayed without water as well. Also, you don't have any brochures on the display! You have to go thru consierage to do anything so they can take their commission. Unreal!!!!

We stayed at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica at the towers for 6 nights and we couldn't have had a better time. The food was amazing, our butler and hotel staff took care of all dinner reservations and we were served food and drinks around the pool extremely quick. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cabo!
