Very Nice Place

We stayed 3/4/16 - 3/9/16. We were very pleased with our accommodations. The condo's are privately owned so some are a little dated, but still very nice. Great location a block from the beach, and two blocks from the marina. Everything at the resort was very well taken care of, and at 1/3 the price of our friends staying across the street. In 5 days we were never asked about a time share, BIG plus. We will definitely stay there again on any return trips to Cabo.

Marina Sol condominium-Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

The Marina Sol Condominiums is in a central location easy walk to downtown, the Marina etc. Security personnel is there until 9pm. The grounds are well kept- and there is a large grassy common area to gather. Nice swimming pool with two--shallow ends so it good for young children. Jacuzzi is a short walk away from the pool--good jets.. The Oasis restaurant, close to the pool, serves breakfast , lunch and dinners-- reasonable prices, good food and friendly service . Owners of the condos and Guests gathered at the Oasis at night for daily meal specials , happy hour and to watch the sports on TV and chat. I was by myself and was asked to join the groups- very welcomed ! In my room, I could not drink the water from the tap. A five gallon water dispenser in the kitchen was provided for the guest.( another 5 gallon of water was close for back-up) When I opened the Refrigerator door upon arrival, a cold 6 pack of Modelo beer was my welcome present. Stove, microwave, coffee pot were supplied. ( Bring your coffee if you are going to stay 1 week or more.) Wi fi and internet was not working in my room --go to the Oasis Bar/restaurant on the premise if you need to stay connected. ( My Boarding pass had to be printed in the Store in the lobby. The store had the only printer) Two TV's . Maid service does not come unless requested - a fee $20 ) Shuttle to airport is scheduled with the concierge -there are 3 times to pick up. ( give yourself 2 1/2 hrs plus -hiccups happen.

El condominio está muy bien ubicado, todo queda a menos de 5 minutos caminando. Lo malo fue la limpieza, había cucarachas en la cocina y el baño. Aunque se reportó el problema y aparentemente fue atendido, siguieron apareciendo en la noche.

Excelente tiempo en Cabo San Lucas

The location was really nice, closer to the main tourist and commercial area in San Lucas, the room was really good, something that could be inproved is to get a litte more explanation about how the services work, I mean the clean room service, access passwords for gates, I really spend a good time with my family, Thank you!
