Our trip was absolutely unforgettable! The staff was top-notch and truly went above and beyond in every way. The property was immaculate and always smelled amazing with calming essential oils throughout. Having our own private butler exceeded all expectations and made the experience feel incredibly personalized. The pool was conveniently located near all the rooms, the views were absolutely breathtaking, and the food was phenomenal—some of the best we’ve ever had at an all-inclusive resort. This was hands-down the best place we have ever stayed at, and we can’t wait to return. A little slice of Heaven!

staff was excellent, room and facility was clean. Food was average at best. that's ok.. Don't eat much and don't drink. Major problem was you music around the pool. It has a thump on bass drum every two seconds. Why not play music that people know. Not hard rock but pleasant vocals from groups most people know. When you hear music you want to relate to it, remember good times when you first heard it, reminisce about it, sing along with it. Saxaphone by the pool on Christmas was annoying. He played with your lousy back ground music. Ok for the first 10 minutes.

I had the most amazing time at this resort. The service is outstanding and nothing I’ve ever experienced before. They made me feel special every single day as I was there on a solo vacation celebrating my birthday. The butlers and managers are exceptional. Victor and Sergio are awesome. I believe they’re are managers. So personable and welcoming. I had the pleasure of Jonathan, Lidia, Daniel, and Elvis as butlers for the few days I was there, and all extremely helpful and attentive. I was sad to leave but I will be back every year no doubt about it. The food was 10/10. Service 20/10. Worth every penny. Book!!
