We stayed on the ground floor, very noisy starting from 5:30 - 6:00 am, loud noise coming out of the kitchen when people prepare for breakfast. The girl who handled our check in was not in her mood of working, not friendly.
Showers didnt get warm. Too far from activities. Didnt speak english.

I needed to cancel the stay but orbitz was not able to do as there a problem with my documents. No way to cancel as I couldn’t fly to Mexico!
The vending machines were loorly stocked, no tecate light at bar, no coke , only diet

Hi Mia, thank you for your feedback, However, you just gave the hotel a 1/5 rate, and you din't even stay with us, It doesn't seem fair. For cancellations you have to contact Orbitz, not us, this is how ti works in every hotel when you book through a 3rd party.
