The Inn at Venice Beach

3.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Perfect location a few blocks from Venice Beach, and quick drive to lots of great food and cafe options. Check out the stretch of Abbott Kinney Blvd for amazing hipster shops, juice places and fun street art. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, Comfortable beds, complimentary breakfast in a courtyard, a very relaxing vibe.

My boyfriend and I only stayed a night but we definitely enjoyed our stay while it lasted. It was beautiful, clean and simple. Breakfast was convenient since it was right next time our room and the little patio in the center was just so cute! We will be coming back.

We stayed for three nights. This was a nice hotel with a funky vibe.

Small rooms but comfy. Great beds. Close enough to walk to beach and restaurants. Will be staying again!

Great location and nice place! Suggested if you stay in the Venice area. Plenty of bars and restaurants (very expensive though!)

What a great experience. We were able to check in a couple hours earlier since the room was available. The gentleman at the front desk let us know that he gave us a complimentary upgrade from a queen to a king bed room. Room was great. Clean and comfortable. Loved the artsy decor. Breakfast was perfect for a quick meal before starting a fun filled day checking out the area. Bike Rental shop downstairs. Very short walk to the beach. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Starbucks across the street.

While the hotel is obviously old the room had been renovated and was clean and modern

This hotel had beautiful rooms and a very comfortable bed. A few blocks from the beach with nice accodomating staff. I didn't expect it to be that nice. Parking was available each night for an additional cost. A bike rental shop was right downstairs and had discounts available to the Inn guests. Nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. The only downside was there was no free water available. That would have been nice. Overall was great and will be back in the future.

Excellent hotel staff: helped us get tickets to a new art museum, and supplied us with advice on what to see and where in the area.

Carpeting should no longer exists in Hotel Rooms, it simply does not inspire Cleanliness.

The hotel was part of our wonderful day. The reception was particularly friendly with a good guy Ramiro. He explained us all the good places to visit in Venice Beach. We had a very comfortable room and a parking space for the car. The location of the hotel is ideal, near the beach and the famous walk along the beach. You can find good restaurants near the hotel. We regretted not to have scheduled 2 or 3 more days in the hotel.

Hotel is just average with 1 elevator that is used by the cleaning staff.

The hotel is much better than I expected.you got complementary free cookies once you walked in. The front desk person was great, such good customer service and very friendly. Right near all the good restaurants. Definitely would recommend you to stay there.

decent location close to canals, a bit far from main drag. quiet, clean.

if you like walking, this is a great spot close to most the venice attractions.

location is good, close enough to everything in venice if you like walking.

Nice and quiet and still close to the beach- best of both worlds.

Very quaint boutique hotel. Stylish and recently remodeled. Clean rooms and friendly service. Free breakfast, could have been organized better, but great courtyard to eat in. Very convenient location.

I was expecting a bit more based on the other reviews. While they offered free breakfast, the quality of the food was average. Still a good place but it did not leave me with a desire to return.

The Inn at Venice Beach has a great feel: I love the accents and decorating and the courtyard is delightful. I was impressed by the philosophy toiletry items provided. Easy walk to the beach and convenient parking. Highly recommend if you're looking for something unique in Venice Beach.
