The check in process was horrible.. I didn’t have the right debit card so I had to get money out of the atm, go to the bank down the street, deposit the money then come back and check in. It would have been a much better process if I would have know what kind of debit card that the hotel accepted. The gentleman who checked me in was there by himself with no help and there was a continuous line of people waiting. I won’t be staying here again anytime soon.

I didnt even stay in the room. I didnt have a physical card for check in because I hadn't been issued one yet from my bank and they dont have tap payments so.i was unable to pay for the hotel fees even though the room was paid for in full. I was unable to get a refund and unable to acrually use the room. Which is essentially two losses for me. So no my stay easnt enjoyable.

Yes everything was fine. No shampoo or soap in room and pillows were very tiny but had no complaints on the staff. Also, no do not disturb sign to hang on door when you leave room.
