Abandoned trailer in the parking lot, gates locked on the side so only one entrance, no shampoo, microwave, clock, or refrigerator, room smelled musty, could see subfloor in the bathroom and a constant drip of water from the vent above the sink. Had to pay for wifi if you wanted it.
The location wasn't bad but the rooms are dilapidated baseboard coming off areas where they had cut drywall for AC unit and was hanging down with the big hole beds are stiffer than a rock door had a gap big enough that anybody could see you from the other side I am not sure if the motel 6 franchise ever check this room I do recommend that they check all the rooms pillows not very fluffy staff was nice

First of all we ask for a walk in shower or handicap room. she didn't want to give us neither. so we took the room she gave us. then we got into the room it was dirty and the blankets had stains on them like they never been cleaned. I slept with my clothes and shoes on all night. NASTY Next the lights went out and I call the front desk. he said I can't do nothing about in a nasty way. at night trying to sleep at 2am in the morning all kinds of noise for about 2 hours. I will never ever stay at a motel 6 again. this is the worse motel I ever stay at in my life.
Had to check out due to cigarette burnt blankets and hair in the bed. Cleaning staff need to be replaced completely or rather raise the bar. Had to check out after switching several rooms, as they were the same.
Hotel is about what you would expect from Motel 6. I would say an 8 compared to other similar properties but the staff was wonderful. From check in with Roy who was great, efficient and helpful with questions to an unexpected change of plans and a rush check out with Josephine, that staff was awesome. Hotel location was great and right off the freeway with a McDonalds, In-n-Out and 2 gas stations/convenience within one block. Thanks for the great customer service people!.
Check in went great. Got to room and saw that toilet didn't flush properly. Air conditioner on high barely keeps the room cool. Loooonnnnngggg hair on my "clean" towel, not mine. Not the best of neighborhoods except for the In-n-Out DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET, WooHoo!!! Other than that, you don't expect a Westin for this kind of price but was expecting a little bit better. Motel 6 normally is more on top of their game thank this.
1. There was a lizard in the room. When I complained, they came and removed the same. 2. They didn't clean the room. That's really basic. 3. Since they didn't replace the towels, I had to call them for replacing the towels and they asked me to come over to reception. I went to reception and they handed me over two towels. A bit less - given that we were four adults in the room. And then they suggested that they can deliver towels at the room - but they didn't.
