The house is in a nice area. Ocean view. Large luxurious house. Beds were all amazing. Kitchen well appointed, but not one oven mitt or hot pad? We asked for one from the property management co and they brought one. But electronics were a battle, the fireplaces were odd and again, hard to turn on and off using a 'master' remote. The garbage bins on the side of the home was picked apart by birds, and scattered in the yard because bins were overflowing from previous guest. BBQ was not clean. Hard to use. Lastly, and most importantly, I paid extra for the pool to be heated. It NEVER was heated. Pool guy came by. He said 'motherboard' needed to be replaced. But promised it was fixed. It wasn't. Massive disappointment. The primary reason I chose this home was the pool. I won't recommend or come back. Too many oddities for this price point in the end for me to return. Other better Malibu places to rent.
