Air Conditioned Ocean Front Penthouse. Remodeled 5/2023 This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath, approx 1600sq ft condo in a 4 unit building. We are RIGHT on the ocean on a private beach. This is the top floor penthouse unit. The unit was remodeled in May 2023 and has premium upgrades. Everything you will need for your stay is included. Washer/Dryer in Unit, Plates, Cups, Dishes, Bosch Dishwasher, subzero refrigerator, custom cabinets, Wolf Range. I have a full-time host that is available 24.7.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
