I agree with most of the reviews. This is a great location with easy access to the beach and pedestrian/bike path as well as lots of other nearby amenities. The pictures are accurate, but more glossy than reality, which is fine. The pictures from other guests were helpful. While you can technically see the beach from the windows, it is at a perpendicular angle through the parking lot. There is no patio/veranda, not that it matters - just steps leading into the apt. from the alley. The door off the alley into the apartment enters through the bedroom. That's not a big deal but it was surprising. The bathroom is super small but that's ok. Big closets. The apartment is spacious and it was great having bikes to use even though I had to go to a bike shop to adjust the seat and air up the tire. It wasn't crowded or noisy when we were there. Drive a small car - most parking spots are small, lol. We'd stay there again. The beds were comfortable. The proximity to the beach is amazing. The hosts were attentive and helpful. Loved it.

We really enjoyed this property. It was as advertised. It was literally steps away from Venice Beach and the boardwalk. My kids 17, 16, and 15 absolutely loved it. If you want to be right on the beach and the boardwalk, then you will enjoy this space

Our host was more than helpful the entire time and the apartment is in the perfect location for the beach! When there was someone in the assigned parking spot, she called and took care of it. The only thing to note would be that the place was slightly older than the pictures show and the bedroom window/walls were thin. Nothing that took away from our trip though!

Location is great for the beach and for walking to the canals, or enjoying local bars and restaurants. The living room is quite large and spacious. And the bed is very comfortable. Easy in and out of front door, just one step up. Free parking is a few blocks away, but easy to get to. Hosts were very accommodating and great with communication. Just note, that with this great location, a lot of people walk by at night's end and it can get noisy. As long as you know that and come prepared with ear buds for night. But, if you want a great beach place - this is it!

Great hosts who check in just the right amount to make sure you’re settled and comfortable. Wonderful clean spacious apartment right in the beach supplied with everything we needed. Perfect for me visiting family in the hospital in Santa Monica. Stayed with daughter and grandson. We had everything we needed and so many fun activities to fill our days when not obligated to family. We swam and bought a boogey board to play in the ocean, built sand castles on the beach, rented an electric cart to see the attractions at Santa Monica Pier, cooked meals in the nice kitchen, rode beach bike cruisers on the boardwalk. Toured the Santa Monica airplane museum. Met wonderful nice people at the local shops on the boardwalk. Highly recommend. I know this area so access was a breeze but do make sure you arrive in the daytime to get your bearings if you don’t know Venice Beach and the surrounding roads and parking. Five stars all the way!

The host was super responsive and friendly. There was was a mess up in the system and my reservation got cancelled. She made sure I was able to rebook asap and not lose the place. The host was also checking up on me throughout the stay, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect as I was coming for an event and it was just a walking distance from where I needed to be. Please note that this is Venice Beach, so things are not always quiet at night and the unit is right next to the parking pot. Pack a couple of ear plugs like I did and you will sleep well otherwise :)

Tucked away just off the boardwalk, we loved access to Venice Beach and Main Street restaurants, bars, and locally-owned organic coffee shops. We came for a basketball game at Intuit Dome. We also went to The Broad and MOCA, both downtown. Was pretty easy to access the freeways to get where we wanted to go. And, if you can fit it in, dinner at The Dudley Market, less than 100 feet down Speedway, was a highlight!And the instructions with pictures were great.

The check in process was very easy. Ada let us know when the property was ready, allowing us to check in a little earlier. There is mention in some of the other reviews that the property is a bit noisy at times; this seems to be just a feature of Venice Beach (so close to the beach). Some ear plugs or noise canceling headphones might help if noise is an issue for you. Overall, it was a great stay and I hope to be able to stay at the property again when I visit in 2026.

Owner is great with communication and ensuring your stay is successful. Location of property was excellent with walking distance to beach and area shops and restaurants. No car needed, for the few occasios I needed it got Uber in under 4 minutes.

We loved our stay in Venice Beach! The house had a great vibe—bright, comfy, and just steps from the beach. It was awesome being so close to the boardwalk, shops, and cool spots to eat. Perfect place to kick back after a day in the sun. Would totally stay here again!

It was a cozy & wonderful stay. Ada was amazing on communicating with us anything we needed. This spot is literally steps away from Venice beach and touching Ocean Front Walk. Place was clean, and we had no issues entering and parking is 1 block down, a short walk.
