Their toilet paper and tissue were very limited. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. They did not clean our room when we requested on the 3rd day. even the coffee pods and cups were not replenished. There was no complementary bottled water in the room, unlike other hotels.

Honestly, this is ny favorite hotel to stay at. I go here if I don’t want to be home for a night or two and just want alone time or me time. This past time I brought my sister so it we connected out laptop to the tv and binged watched The hotel is near a lot of liquor stores, grocery stores and restaurants. Service is great! Never had a problem.

This was our first time to live in this hotel. It was similar to the Holiday Inn in West Covina that we lived in before. It was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We will definitely live in this hotel again.
My flight was cancelled and they refused to refund my hotel fee. I will never stay there again and don't recommend the hotel for their terrible customer service.

Dear Rosario, We apologize for any miscommunication. Due to Covid protocol, our guest prefers new replenishment upon request instead of using the ones that may be in contact with previous guest. We have not resumed to daily service yet but hopefully with the improved situation that we will be soon. Thank you for your feedback.
