Great stay, house was very clean and the game room was a life saver for the kids. Nice quiet neighborhood and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores around. Would def stay there again.

Great house for our family trip

Thank you for the nice visit at your house. Was a good base for our visit to Florida. Plenty of space for us all. Kids really loved the game room too!

Perfect for Baseball!

We recently stayed at the Tropical Oasis and it was perfect for a group traveling for baseball! The boys loved the bunk room, game room and pool area! We had everything we needed and Daniel was very responsive to any questions and issues we had! Check in and out was very simple and location of the house was perfect! Thank You!

Weekend accommodations for visiting family

Nice property providing nice accommodations for large family and children. Property manager was polite and easy to work with. The property had everything I needed.

Great Rental

Everything was great with this rental. Communication with the host was easy and they were very accommodating for our group. The house was clean and exactly like the pictures. Great backyard pool area and the kids (and adults) love the game room. The host was very responsive leading up to and during entire stay.

Family funeral

As a family, with a sudden passing, we were very grateful to find this property in the perfect location. Big enough to accommodate everyone, yet clean comfortable and very welcoming. We have no hesitation in recommending it to future guests.

Wonderful outside area!

We had a group of 8 teenage boys in town for a sports event. There was plenty of space, bathrooms and sleeping areas. They loved their downtime in the game room. The neighborhood felt very safe, and is super quiet. The host was available and responded quickly to questions, easy check-in/ check out.

Lots of Room in Quiet Neighborhood

Very quiet, safe, low traffic neighborhood. Lots of room, large house. Had 1 issue with heat thermostat but host resolved the problem. Our second stay, more than 3 weeks in total. Bonus for dog owners is ability to walk in nearby former Rolling Hills Golf Club.

Relax after surgery

Friend had surgery came down to see her and make trips to hospital easier for them about 10 minutes from house to hospital great ,quiet neighborhood, enjoyed the patio/pool area

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house was very nice. It’s was clean, nice furnishings, well stocked kitchen, nice appliances, linens were nice, plenty of towels and a nice quiet neighborhood. We all enjoyed the game room and pool. We had 9 people in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. Daniel, the property manager, was very quick to answer me when I had a question about the property. We would love to stay here again.

Check-in was a breeze. Upon entering, everything was perfect. The kitchen had everything you need to cook along with spices and miscellaneous dry goods. We primarily used the outside for cooking, however. There was plenty of room for everybody. The game room was really cool, but a little smelly. it’s a converted garage. There was no shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided. In my experience, most places have that. The fenced in yard is not secure. The gate doesn’t shut tight and there is a breach in the corner, on the side of the house where my dog could have gotten out. My dog’s not very adventurous so it was fine for us. One other thing that was a little inconvenient, there were no sockets or lamps by the bed in the master. The light only turned on with the pull on the fan. But the bedrooms were spacious and otherwise nicely appointed. The shower curtain in the master bedroom needs to be changed. It was smelly. Aside from the minor details I mentioned, our stay was wonderful, and despite my comments, I would absolutely go back.

Convenient clean and comfortable

A few tweeks to this property and it would have been perfect . Swapping the couches and door mats would have been great and Daniel assured me that would happen- beautiful private back yard and nice pool!! Great neighborhood.

Family celebration

We were in town for a family celebration and wanted more space than a hotel offered. This house offered loads of space and was located within 5 minutes of our family party. Communication was easy. Only suggestion would have been to provide coffee, otherwise it was great!
