Terrible Bed

The bed was terrible. Very soft and caused me to have significant back pain. I have been on the road for three days with no pain until I slept in that bed and I’m very upset. I reported it to the front office person other than that everything is clean and the staff were nice, but the bed ruined whole stay there.

EXCELLENT!!!

This was my latest experience with Best Western after years of trying to be satisfied with Choice Hotels. The stay was clean, comfortable and professional. I will be continuing to make Best Western my hotel of choice as I travel.

The staff was courteous enough to assist us with our emergent needs. Karen made sure we got a room that is accessible clean spacious and safe for my husband.
