The owner knew I had 3 Chihuahua and after I paid for the room came and told me it would be 30$ cash. I said ok, and the next day he came to me and said I need 30$ more for the dogs, I said ok? If you're going to charge for the dogs why not do it all at once? What if I didn't have it? I would have to leave? Woke up to crackheads walking around. Couldn't even let my dogs out to pee. Very trashy motel. Was in a pinch and had no choice. Will be going to North Longview next time for sure.

I show up to being told my receipt from you guys meant nothing and had to pay again because yall didn’t contact them but I strongly feel like I was scammed by the hotel or its employee. I would like a refund on my card please because my girlfriend paid cash at the hotel since we were already there and exhausted. The lights didnt even turn on in the room. There was mold or some unkown substance on the walls and floor. As well as a horrible smell I left and was refused a redund. Dont stay here. A safety hazard for sure.

Bed was comfy but sheets were in backwards, no facial towels, toilet was broken, there were holes in the wall and customer service was not acceptable. I would’ve posted pictures but I had already checked out and receive review request afterwards.

I had issues daily with this hotel, when I went to check in there was no one to take my payment. Also almost every day my key card had to be reprogrammed. I got locked out and good not get anyone in the office for over 2 hours. One day my room was not serviced leaving me with soiled towels.

This was one of the worst properties I have ever stayed at. Orbitz had my room at just over $50, they charges me $65 which I didn't realize till the next afternoon. Holes in the walls, stains on the sheets, broken toilet seat and bugs in the shower. I would NOT recommend this hotel!

We stayed one night and it was not good at all. The website says hair dryer therefore I did not bring mine from home and we get there and it did not have a dryer. Holes in the sheets and dirty sheets. The electrical cord was out of the wall and sitting on the floor along with an open electrical outlet in the bathroom on the wall. Outside was homeless people and drug surringes all around.

We were here just for the night on a long roadtrip - got here late and left early - this was fine for just a good night sleep before heading back on the road. Right next to a McDonalds, which made it convenient to get a cup of coffee/breakfast before heading back out. No frills. But for the cost/room rate, an excellent value.
