Walls, doors, and ceilings in my room looked like a low income housing rental property. The texture and paint was pretty bad. Rust was showing on all metal door jambs. It looks like new layers of paint were simply applied over old layers for years without any preparation.
Hotel staff was nice but room like cleanliness. Mold was growing in the bathtub and hair dryer was cracked.
Always like to stay at the cofort inn in longview the staff is always nice ,polite and has a great manager in charge always been so polite I think he already knows me because of all the times I have spend at the hotel but wouldn't change it for another one !

We had a nice stay and other than the various cups never being replaced after the first night and a clogged toilet the morning we left everything went well. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
It was a nice place to stay my kids came along an injoyed the indoor pool the hot tub was way to hot an there was no towels in pool area other then that everything was great.
Very impressed with the personalized letter we received upon arrival. The front desk knew who we were when we arrived and easily provided us with our room keys. Check-in was a snap and greatly appreciated

Everything was great except the shower would not get hot. After a long drive I really wanted a hot shower. The breakfast was really good, as were all the other aspects of the hotel. The room was larger than expected and it was nice to have the microwave and fridge in the room. Good location near many eating establishments with a wide variety to choose from.
