Tried to run the heat but the unit only blew cold air. Called the front desk and was told maintenance would come by but they never did.
Convenient and well priced.
When checked in people were half asleep put in a room that was clearly used someone crapped all over toilet there was things left in there from previous guest so I call front desk and they moved me to another room it wasn’t much better toilet was not used but totally ridiculous it smelled I basicly hardly slept I was disgusted I woke up the next day walked out got in my car and left and never even bothered to tell the manager I stay in Hampton inn’s all the time and I was completely disappointed in the way they were running this one
The ice machines on 4th floor 3rd floor, 2nd floor had no ice The staff could have let people know at check in that only the first floor ice machine works. We searched all floors The indoor pool was cold but the hot tub was broken ! When asked the staff said they had to order a part? The tv remote worked part of the time and did not work part of the time. Ended up just turning the tv off. Staff did not inform us of free WiFi and how to sign on. Very disappointed

Great location and staff is excellent. Close to shopping and restaurants Some within walking distance. Rooms are not for those who need a quiet and dark room. Window unit fan runs 24/7 no matter if AC or heat and cannot be shut off except power off the unit. Changed rooms and no difference except the new room didn't have a whistle in the fan like the original room. Room darkening shades are a joke as most of the rooms face busy highway with a Walmart/Sam's club and many restaurants,motels across from it and 24/7 neon lights from all. Stayed here years ago and had no problems. Needs a major renovation.

Booked a room for my daughter's sleepover and I must say I was really impressed. We got a king suite and there was more than enough room for my daughter and her two friends to roam. Pool was not as big as I would have thought but they had a blast
Great hotel, would stay there again!! I read some reviews and almost didn't stay here. I'm glad I did. It was clean, comfortable, great staff,and great breakfast.
Wonderful, will stay again if I go back to Longview.
