This place was an amazing get away with my husband and two kids. Lots of space to relax and is a quick walk to the beach. The hot tub was so nice and warm with a beautiful view. We can't wait to come back.

This was one of the most peaceful stays we’ve had. Great guest home with fun decor. The firmer of the two beds was very comfortable for the adults and the softer bed was comfy for the kid. We enjoyed watching the deer and birds from our window and the private walk to the beach. It rained a ton so we hunkered down and watched movies and relaxed. It was just what we needed! And bonus… no bad dogs have stayed there so there is zero dog smell despite it being a pet friendly rental. Thanks for letting us bring our pups!

I would call this a real gem. I loved the combination of privacy (couldn't see other homes), accessibility to the beach, and amenities (hot tub, large sofa with television, games, fireplace, washer/dryer). I also appreciated all the little details that made it easy to live in such as quality kitchen tools and plenty of towels for outside. Finally, the art and unique furniture made for a place that had some warmth and character, which I really like.

The host was most welcoming. The beds and furniture were all super comfy. The kitchen was great and appreciated all the pointers in regard to recycling. The fenced area was great for the dogs and loved all the dog friendly touches this host offers. The walk to the beach was beautiful and the spotting scope let us watch an eagle family perch on the driftwood poles marking the trail. We were fortunate to book our trip during razor clam season and made use of the hosts clam guns (and boots!)We had a really nice stay. Thanks Nicole!!

Lovely guest house. Very cozy with fireplace, tv and great kitchen set up with everything you need to cook meals in. Easy walk to the beach. So nice to have dog supplies for bringing your best friends along for a trip. Very quiet and peaceful compared to the local hotel we usually stay at. Host was respectful and communicative. My only complaint would be the bed was very firm and that was a slight struggle for me being 28 weeks pregnant and trying to get comfortable at night.

I can't say enough good things about this home. Our favorite part was definitely watching the sun set from the hot tub. It's only a few minutes away from Long Beach and Ocean Park, so it's in the perfect location. Easy walking distance to the beach, and the telescope in the living room was really fun to use. We saw an eagle both days we were there.

An amazing property, just a short walk to the beach, and a less than 10 minute drive into Long Beach proper. The house is prepared for family - 2 well equipped bedrooms, a clean and tidy bathroom with linens, a solid collection of cooking tools & basic supplies. We needed a resupply of dish soap and it was provided by the end of the day. There was wood for the indoor insert and the solo stove outside. There are outdoor blankets and towels for people and pets and even toys for kids and dogs. Even though pets are allowed, there was no evidence by fur or smell. The hot tub was easy to use. There is a big TV but you either watch the DVD's (a small but wide collection) or bring a laptop/device to stream.It was quiet, peaceful and just what our group of 4 adults needed.

Such a peaceful, quiet guesthouse! Just walk a few hundred yards across the sand dunes and there’s the beach. Equipped with all you could need for your stay. Very dog friendly!

Girls getaway was better than perfect. Easy walk to our own beach front— what could be better? I didn’t realize I had two different VRBO accounts and was confused about why my booking wasn’t showing, but the host was very patient with me until it got sorted out. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Finally! A property that is actually welcoming to furry family members. They even provided dog dishes, toys and poop bags. This place has everything you need for your vacation and more. I'm used to dull knives and sparse, old cookware, so the kitchen was a pleasant surprise. Beautiful scenery and relaxing atmosphere.

The cabin is beyond wonderful! We loved the privacy of it. Being a 2-3 minute walk from the beach where there is absolutely no one was the cherry on top! The cabin has such a welcoming vibe to it. We had a wonderful time and so did our dogs!

Really well stocked kitchen, plenty of dishes, cookware. Lots of towels, pillows, blankets available. We enjoyed looking through the telescope and sitting in the sunroom.The trail from the house to the beach was an easy walk. The area was very quiet and the closed gate made everything feel safe and secure. Nicole was very responsive whenever I had questions. It was a great place to stay, very quaint. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Walking to the beach was awesome. Saw eagles, deer and seals. There are many thoughtful things in the cabin such as night lights, boots, toys and books. Could use a deep cleaning, carpet, tv and couch has seen its better days. Would appreciate curtains on the kitchen/dining side.Garbage was a little complicated. We enjoyed our stay and the peaceful location.

What a wonderful, homey place to stay on the peninsula. The SeaDance has everything you need for a weekday or weekend adventure at the coast. Located a few miles out of Long Beach on the beach side and a sandy walk to the waves. The home has a wood stove to take the chill off, an open kitchen and a living room with a large sectional couch. The home was clean and well equipped and the host was very helpful upon check-in.

The place is even better than the listing. Check in was way, there where several thoughtful touches like supplies to dig clams and bowls for visiting pets. The walk to the beach is very quick and easy.

House was very comfortable, lots of places to hang out. Beach was a bit away but walk was easy enough. I loved the fenced area for the dogs, and extra blankets to protect the couch from paws. Hot tub was a pleasant delight. Enjoyed a nice fire in the wood stove, on a rainy night. I will be back again.
