Excellent accommodations! Very clean rooms and wonderful restaurant. Staff very attentive and polite

This was a clean and reasonably affordable option for our two day stay in London. Our flight to Italy leaves from Gatwick, and the Gatwick Express leaves from Victoria Station only two blocks from the hotel. The rooms were a decent size for London. The bathroom was small, clean, and with good water pressure. My only reluctance about staying here was that it's a decent walk from the shopping and theatre districts, which are a mile or two away. Next visit we may stay in Mayfair or the Covent Garden area. Then again, staying there is likely to cost another $100-$200 per night. Well-run, clean, safe hotel near a major railway stop.

10/10 Everything was close by, easy to get around. Tube station was within less than a 5 min walk. Alot of food options. Room was clean, and staff was friendly and helpful. Looking forward to going back with hubby.

Room was not ready at check-in time. Horrific construction noise in the lobby made it impossible to talk to the front desk staff. The elevator was very noisy, keeping us awake until very late. After making a reservation we were surprised to learn the Bombay Brasserie was far away from the hotel. All of these things diminished our experience at this otherwise fabulous hotel.
