The cleanliness of the bathroom was not good - there was a toenail on the filthy bathmat from a previous guest, hairs in the shower and toilet, and just general grubbyness. The staff were nice and the room was okay - I don't mind a small/outdated room if it is clean, but unfortunately this one was not.
