Terrific studio apartment close to Utah state. Clean, well kept, maintained. Only issue is internet was spotty about half the time we were there, and I had to work. Wouldn’t book it if I was working again, but good for just visiting

Well stocked kitchen was great for home cooked meals. Walkable to a park and near Logan Canyon for hiking. Safe space and Landon was available for any maintenance issues. I really enjoyed my 1 month stay.

I stayed here for 6 weeks while moving to Logan. It was the perfect home base while I searched for my long-term home. It was so well-appointed, the studio has everything you need for a stay. It’s also in the cutest neighborhood, and very convenient to USU a local grocery stores, hikes, shopping, etc.

I stayed in the property for roughly 3 weeks and it was clean and quiet, except for when the neighbors motorcycle would enter the garage. There’s a little lack of insulation such that the sound really carries. However, that did not diminish my enjoyment of the property at all. The property was clean and close to campus where I needed it to be.
