Features granite countertops, newer flooring, fixtures and stainless steel appliances with onsite laundry and swimming pool. The pool will open May 26th. At this time the pool heater is not working so it will be cold. The HOA is working on bids and options for pool heating.

We had a great stay and this condo was perfect for our Thanksgiving in Logan. The host was welcoming and gracious and reached out several times. The condo is new and well kept and very clean! The building is older, but the space has clearly been renovated. The location was great and we could walk to stores and restaurants. It was nice to have two parking spaces so our USU students could come and go.

Excellent condo. Very nice, newly updated. One of the nicest ABNB we’ve stayed in, in Logan. The outside of the condo is older but the inside is very nice. Warm atmosphere and cozy. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay again. Dave, our host immediately responded to our one question. 5 star stay!
