This fantastic villa is located in the urbanization of Sa Torre, located on the cliff and with a spectacular view of the bay of Palma. The outdoor part offers a beautiful pool, a solarium with sea views, a lawn area with an outdoor shower where you can cool off and sunbathe. It also has a second outdoor area with a covered terrace furnished with sofas and a dining area where you can enjoy and shelter from the heat. The interior of the villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, of which the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that gives direct access to the terrace and the pool. In total there are 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. The rustic kitchen is fully equipped. Laundry room equipped with washer and dryer. The large and spacious living room has different sofas and armchairs from which to enjoy winter nights in front of the fireplace. Indoor dining area with chairs and table. The villa has an area of ​​160 square meters and with a capacity for 6 people.

The view, the view, the view

We are a family of four with two teenagers and stayed for 10 days in early July 2024. We had a fantastic time, the main thing about this villa is the view over the bay. Absolutely incredible! Lovely sunsets and lovely warm afternoons in the garden and the pool having fun in the Sun. Villa itself is older but spotlessly clean and has all of what you would need. The barbecue and the veranda are a great spot for lunch and dinner. Well equipped kitchen and three good size bedrooms. You will read on other reviews issues with a smell from the shared bathroom, This is a problem but can be overcome (put a fan in the window and use it for air extraction). There are problems with the air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The managing agent, Pancho rentals, are absolutely fantastic. Brilliant service including online communications and prompt customer service. Couldn’t have been any better or more friendly in terms of customer service. Would recommend , but you will need a car. Lack of bars and restaurants in local area so you will need to venture out for dinners. But why would you with a lovely view at the villa? Top stuff!

Villa fans praiso

Wonderful location and villa. Beautiful view of sunset. Nice size rooms. The main issues we experienced were the second bathroom had major sewer smell coming from the drain pipes and the smell was occupying the whole house. We notified the manager but they told us it is normal at certain times, just leave the doors open. The smell persisted through all 4 days we stayed. The master bed pillows were badly smelly and we had to put them outside the room.

Tolle Lage m, Aber es stinkt

Sehr schönes Haus und sehr schöne Lage. Leider stinkt es nach Kloake. Lag angeblich am Wetterumschwung, hat aber die ganze Zeit gestunken. Pool war dreckig und war nach Reinigung immer noch Folie drin. Dafür ist die Lage top und die Dame der Agentur war sehr bemüht und schnell.

Hervorragende Lage am Meer Objekt mäßig

Die Lage an der unmittelbaren Meereslinie ist außergewöhnlich und so man sich draußen aufhält genießt man den Urlaub vom ersten Moment. Das Haus ist ein sehr einfaches Haus und was sehr negativ auffällt sind die unterschiedlichen Gerüche die sowohl im Badezimmer wegen defekter Abflüsse als auch aus den Schränken eines jeden Zimmers Kommen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach und teilweise auch nicht sauber. Die Sonnenliegen sind leider schimmelig. Das versprochener internationale Fernsehprogramm gibt es nicht. Insgesamt zusammenfassend gesagt ist die außergewöhnliche Lage leider von so vielen negativen Eindrücken innerhalb des Hauses geprägt dass ich eine Anmietung nicht mehr durchführen würde. Die Gesamtnote von zwei Sternen setzt sich eben durch die vielen schlechten Eindrücke zusammen. Eine Verbesserung ohne großen Aufwand wäre möglich. Zum Beispiel neue Auflagen für die liegen sind nicht sehr teuer und haben einen großen Effekt. Die auf der Terrasse verschimmelt der Sitzgruppe sollte unverzüglich entfernt werden und die sehr unangenehmen Gerüche in den Schränken sind meines Erachtens nach nur durch das entfernen der schränke zu beseitigen.
