Clean and comfortable rooms
Stayed before and always feel safe and the staff is very empathetic.
The hotel was truly pleasurable stay… Clean, staff were all wonderful.. the daily free breakfast was delicious and full of variety… Rooms were clean and comfortable.. highly recommended the Hyatt Place..
It was just okay. I thought it would be nicer. We asked to get housekeeping and they didn't. Breakfast was good.
Had a great check in experience great customer service , I can’t remember the guys name but he definitely deserves a raise that’s the kind of service I wish to get every time I check in to a hotel , i told them wen I check in , that I would like new clean towels every day , and to take out my trash every day and they did it , thank you guys

Poor housekeeping. Room was not made up a couple of days. Front desk could not book a taxi to airport. Breakfast >10 min late. Overall, poorly managed hotel.
Second time staying here. Great place and friendly staff. Clean hotel and short distance from many family friendly spots.
Disappointed. Do not stay here. Does not live up to Hyatt name. We stayed 6 days never got clean towels asked 3 times also room was never cleaned during entire stay. Garbage piled up in our room for 6 days never got cleaned. Horrible conditions. Find a better hotel, plus no good food choices nearby gotta drive out about 2.5 miles each time, location is not great. Rooms are dirty and you get no housekeeping at all. Horrendous service. Breakfast is until 10 with signs posted but day to day staff makes up their own hours. One day we came down at 924 they said oh breakfast ended at 9 am. Terrible service terrible hotel.
This was a great place to stay on a family trip. We stayed here so that we can go to legoland. The kids loved the pool. Place was very clean. Not many option to eat near by besides pizza.
Not clean at all
the housekeeping was terrible, trash all over the place, piss all over the common bathroom floors, overflowing trash cans, coffee constantly empty at coffee bar, windows at entry haven't been cleaned in years, blackout shade in room would not pull down enough to darken room at night, none of the clocks were set in room, alarm didn't work, no shampoo in room. i will not stay here again and i travel to work 2 blocks away on a regualar basis
It lived up to the Hyatt name
This hotel is not up to Hyatt standard ... we were not told there would be no housekeeping. No white wine in the bar ... small and poor beer selection. Rooms are dingy ... not a pleasant place to stay. ... and everything is blamed on Covid. We have stayed at Hyatt House in Mira Mesa for years ... no comparison.
