The receptionist was very helpful and the rooms and bathrooms were clean wet to this location being in a kind of dorm setup, which is commendable. Safe bag keeping post checkout another big point. Although urgent improvements on the ventilation is needed as when different people come in, the room kind of smells not due to cleanliness but coz of different kind of people who may come in. So this could be potentially improved. But certainly recommended for solo travellers.

The staff were fantastic, great location, however, the property isn’t disabled friendly, whilst can’t blame the staff, they could only locate me a room on 1st floor (no lift), and had to change rooms as no lower bunks available. As said the staff tried.
