Had our engagement party here last night the whole evening was faultless the venue and food was fabulous and the staff are an absolute credit to Connor We only booked the venue 4 weeks ago the whole event planning was really easy and Connor and Nadia were always on hand Thanks again for an amazing night all our guests have been texting and ringing all day saying what a fab night they had

Myself and my daughter, due to unforeseen circumstances booked into the Sefton Park Hotel from 15th - 18th March. It is absolutely awful!!!! It was an extremely cold weekend and rooms really cold . Heating wasn't working and I had an oil filled radiator in mine . I left it on all the time. I was lucky my daughter wasnt, she asked 3 times and was constantly fobbed off. The rooms are extremely dated . The bathroom was scruffy . Cant comment on any other aspects of hotel as we didnt venture out unless we had to . My daughter had a very disturbing experience , when in bed at midnight a male and female entered her room!!! They were very apologetic and left. When she approached staff the next day she was told the night porter made a mistake and gave the couple wrong room keys. Although my daughter had asked for a replacement key as hers was sticking but was told there wasnt a spare .!!!!! They didnt seem the least bit bothered by the incident . They rate themselves 3 star Im sorry but 1 star would probably be appropriate, and thats being generous . I would say if you have any standards at all steer clear .

I took my mum and step dad for mothers day breakfast today to the Sefton Park Hotel today this would not have been my first choice but as its mothers day my mum decided to book there. Firstly the good part, my stepdad asked for a table in the window were we could look over at Sefton park and we got it, the food was also tasty. Now for the many bad parts, we waited over 10 minutes to be seated and the service was terrible (only 3 tables occupied in the hotel restaurant.) half and hour for the breakfast to come and when it did the toast arrived after another 10 mins. We were there so long that my mum and step dad had another pot of tea between them (after ordering the waitress forgot and we had to leave the table to ask for it a second time) For a full English breakfast I paid £6.95 and the portion was not adequate and only one slice of toast. the full bill for 3 of us was £27.60 not good value for money at over £9 each. My mum and step dad go there quite often and have stayed there a few weeks ago for there wedding anniversary - I wont be going again. Whilst I was paying I had a chat to the waitress and explained that I was not happy with the service. She could not apologise enough and said that there was only her and the chef today and there would normally be an extra person serving. there was no offer of money off the bill. This is a direct message management, if you want to charge this kind of money for a small breakfast, you need to make sure you give the correct level of service. If you want to talk to me about my experience and try to put it right please feel free to email me.

Myself and 2 friends have just had the most enjoyable afternoon having Afternoon Tea - the service was wonderful and the food excellent. The gentleman who looked after us could not have been more attentive but not overpowering. Would recommend this Hotel if you are looking for a superb Afternoon Tea experience. Will definitely be returning

I went with my family for 2 night to see family as soon as we arrived the door handle was hanging off door and 3 of us needed showers only one could get a shower no hot water lamp broken window secured couldn’t open hairdryer broken no blind in bathroom got up on Sunday morning again no hot water got moved to another room hair dryer broken again plastic sheeting over windows paid 198 pound absolutely ripped off don’t stay here and waste your money complained in several email they don’t reply

Stayed here a number of times. Hotel in nice location overlooking the park. Nicest room to date 103. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff they are all excellent. Think hotel has changed owners since are last visit.breakfast changed no buffet you order from the menu.Full English still good I had eggs royale not great bagel 1 egg on 1 side 1 small slice of bacon on other (Out of salamon) that will teach me to try something different! Great little hotel...great staff.

Arrived late in the evening (8:45pm) asked for a cot in the room when i booked but this wasn't the case. Frustrating baring in mind our little boy needed bed straight away after a long day travelling. The girl on the reception sorted it eventually after trying a broken one first. She was pleasant and gave us a drink to apologise. We stayed in room on 3rd floor facing the park. Room was fine & cosy. Perfect for a 2 night stay, shower was abit old and tempremental though. Was difficult to get the right temp. The biggest let down was the fact that the walls are so thin, the bed in the next room was up against the wall and we could hear anothet guest snoring all night. We had to sleep down the other end of the bed but this didn't really help. They apologised and said that it's an old building which is fair enough but to be honest you shouldn't expect to hear snorers in other rooms and then them coughing up phlem constantly in the morning. I would of asked for a partial refund if i had payed more than £31 for the room.

Based in the lovely Sefton Park, this is a great hotel with excellent customer service. It is in a beautiful building and close to local amenities such as Lark Lane. The train station is walking distance and the train is less than 10 minutes into Liverpool City Centre. I would happily recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Very good value. Clean and comfortable room. Good WiFi. Food in the bar was tasty and great value. Nice to wake up in a convenient location with free parking, in a lovely park location and a property with Beatles connections.

🍸Big up to Nathan in the bar! All the rest of the staff is so kind! They are effective too! 🍴Recommended restaurent 👌 The food is good! 🍃This hotel is in a very good location, right next to a beautiful park! 🚌 next to the bus stops that lead to the city center !
