Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
before entering the room itself we were met with run down and dirty hallways, the lock and door handle on the door was half hanging off, when we walked into the room i then entered the room and was instantly met with mould on the walls above the cooker, walked into the bathroom and there were half used cleaning products from previous guests, booked a double bed and instead just had 2 single mattresses put together, one of which had springs sticking out of it, booked another hotel that night, would never stay here and would advise anyone considering it to stay clear

I only spent a couple of hours here. The room had not been cleaned when we arrived. Getting access to the key and the room was also problematic. On the other hand, Expedia were very good in helping us get new accommodation and a refund.

No hairdryer, no hand towel, no mat to step out of the shower onto, toilet was dirty on arrival. No drinking glasses, limited cutlery. Floor unswept. Communal staircase shappy. Shower excellent, pillows were clean.
