This is the ideal location for families looking to be in the heart of the city with all the comforts of home. If you are planning to cook in the apartment, kindly note that kitchen areas comes with an integrated Fridge but with no freezer unit.
You're located two minutes from the Liver building, iconic waterfront, Liverpool Town hall & the business quarter. This apartment is the ideal location for guests looking to explore the city, guests here for an event in the M&S Arena & those here for work.

Getting Around: The apartment is two minutes from James St underground station, 5 minutes from Moorfields & a 15 minute walk from Lime St Station (however you can get the underground line to James St!).
The closest car park is the NCP 24 hour secure car park a 4 minute walk to the apartment at £17 for 24hours.
Other Things to Note: The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 6 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
