The staff should be a little friendly. The room smelled bad. It would be nice to have one bottle of water in the room.
The facility was in need of a remodel and a good cleaning. Everything looked a bit dingy.
Room was very smelly. Hall and room had been recently repainted but looked horrible. Soap and shampoo was not normal LaQuinta supply but very cheap substitutes. Practically no breakfast other than pancakes. No creamer either morning for coffee.
Friendly staff and clean room
After given a room that belonged to someone else, the clerk didn’t seem to care that it happened. Gave us a new room and never asked for the keys back to the room of another guest. We had these keys until check out. Very unsafe. Also, traveler beware, the beds are double beds not queen beds. I have stayed at LaQuinta many times and this hotel is not on the same expectations that I have came to know from the brand. Would never stay here again.

Easy check in and very nice. Loved the doggie station and that there was a area to take the dogs.
It was a meh type stay. Very outdated and dirty hallways. Looks like it hasn't seen a vacuum in quite sometime. It did have a cold a/c though, but double beds suck! Please upgrade to queen beds! And, more than 2 pillows would be nice.

Friendly cheerful staff. Clean standard room with comfortable bed. Standard breakfast with waffles. Nice mall and lots of restaurants and other shopping nearby. Quick access to I-40.
This doesn’t hold 4 adults and 2 kids as shown when booking. Good for 5 ppl maybe.
The staff is so patient and accommodating. Their pleasant demeanor made us so comfortable. They were very knowledgeable and really seemed to care for their work and their coworkers. Their happiness really made it a place to look forward to going at the end of the day.
