This place has friendly staff but the rooms are in urgent need of remodeling... and more important ... some intense cleaning. I'm sure the carpet has not been vacuumed for months, many items in the room are broken, bath towels torn. Beds are OK, so obviously the care is limited to the absolute necessary. For sure not Super8's Pride and if I would be the manager I would not dare to give such a room to a guest.
I was planning on staying here again, but after someone, and it was a guest, I confirmed, used there card key and waked in our room at 6:45 AM, the morning of our check out, I WILL follow up with management, owner, etc. ARE YOU KIDDING? Big NO NO to booking a room with this outfit.. Bye, Bye, never to see us again.
We asked for non smoking the whole floor reeked of smoke which has a negative impact on my health. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Neither of us wanted to use the shower. It didn't look. Clean. I will not stay in a super 8 ever again!!
Hotel is ok for the price, quiet, not that busy, burn holes in bed comforters, bottom of tub stained like still dirty, air worked good
It smelled of smoke there was no air in the main entrance and the carpet in the room was disgusting and there was black mold under the bath mat so I couldn't even bathe my children
room had a mildew smell when ac was on, ask for extra pillows they said I could get one.Ask for a chair they said no what was in the room was it.No stopper in the sink to hold the water to wash the face The keys always need to be redone to get back in room. They try to put someone in our room while we were there had the door lock on the inside called up the front desk what was going on. Rain the last night we were there had water in the room about 8 ft had to walk in water to the bathroom and to the hall 3 other room had water in them to. Ask for a refund the manger on shift said no refund he could not do this he could care less he never came down to look at it showed it to night worker.. They need to shut it down and fix everything. The picture on internet and description does not match what is there. The points I used for the room they should give them to me for staying there
Second worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The bathroom obviously had not been swept in a long time - hair all over the floor. Urine smell in the room. When the air conditioner came on, it smelled of mildew. The room was overall dirty and old with white repair patches in several places on the walls. It was 11 pm in a thunderstorm or I would have left for another place.
We were going to a classroom reunion out of town and needed a place to change right before the event and then stay there that night and leave early the next morning. This place was close to I-55 and inexpensive. We were not going to be there very long. Check in was fast and efficient.
Ok so very much overcharged- I had paid 1/2 as much in 4 star hotels. Wanted to put me in a smoking room on the 3rd floor without elevator when i am disabled ( after i pointed it out to him he still insisted on 3rd floor) and asked for no smoking due to o2 use. I had to ask for more pillows so i could breathe while slerping. They only gave me one. My husband skept without a pillow so i could have 3 to sleep. Even a non snoking room smelled like smoke ( they allow smoking outside the front door and windows were left open to my room. They might as well have had folks use my riom as a snoking lounge) so i go ti this tiny town all of the time to see some family that moved there. This is the first time we didnt impose on them and got a hotel instead. Next time i will give them the $115 a night ( my family) this us a super 8 it's supposed to be reasonably priced. No special event going on, the town is all of 3 miles. All i can do is laugh
Room was not real clean, carpets work and stained, toilet seat was damaged and repaired. There was only linens for one and pillows needed to be replaced. Non smoking room smelled of smoke.
