Decor around the property and rooms are very outdated, but everything is clean and smells somewhat fresh. The rooms are clean, beds are ok, bathrooms clean and the price is a good value with Blackburn College and the town just a few minutes away.

Clean room but very dated. Things need repair and repairs that have been done were done poorly. Good example is a pitted sink; instead of being replaced it was spray painted.
