We stayed here due to emergency car repair and it was the first place we came across. Bad luck all around. The carpet had several large stains, toilet would barely flush, and unknown hairs (not ours) resided in the bathtub. Towels were literally threadbare, and every surface was dirty, worn, or rusty. The two stars are for the positives--beds were OK, fridge and microwave worked, and the staff was pleasant. Do yourself a favor and spend the $20 extra for the Quality Inn just down the road.
The desk service was pleasant, continental breakfast was more than sufficient, room was large and comfortable. The bed was good, shower good, we had three chairs, a frig and coffee pot. Internet service was adequate. There are many stores and restaurants close by, and it is close to the freeway. What more does one need?
We got the last room on a night of flooded highways. Our clerk was accommodating and helpful. She was alone and very busy. The room had dirty carpet, black mold in the tub/shower, and a terrible breakfast. The price was medium, but would not stay there again.
This was ok in the room but the bathroom needed to be gutted. The tub has stuff stuck on the bottom and was dirty. The breakfast was subpar with the most watered down coffee I've had in years. Make your own in the room. It was only $60 for 3 adults but $40 would have been fair for the worn facilities. Staff was very helpful.
Only two lights in the room worked. The toilet would not flush well. The bathtub backed up with inches of water in it. The coffee pot had burnt coffee and mold in it. The beds were never made. The towels were dirty. Too many loud and rowdy people, who were drinking heavily. were having a barbecue in the parking lot. The air conditioner seemed to have only one setting, which was low, even though it had a setting for medium and high. Will never go back and would recommend any other place in town. Would not replace soap or cups in any way, shape, or form.
Doing route 66 we had enough driving for one day...we booked via bookings.com an hour earlier and arrived.... we were met on arrival with a friendly staff member, she could not find the booking but this was not a problem. She gave us the room we requested and we paid .... we knew the price and if I'm paying for a cheeseburger I know I'm Not getting steak. The room was dated, but exceptable the bed was comfy and large. The room it self was a standard I would expect. ..I'm not over keen on the coffee and fridge in the bathroom it's a large bathroom. I would use this again
Great location for shopping Walmart very close by Numerous fast food places to choose from Got a reduced rate for a suite room was spacious very clean and had large flat screen TV, microwave, & refrigerator
The clerk was very accommodating and personable. The room was very nice and we appreciated the good heater as we were traveling during the Nor'easter of 2016. We would definitely stay again. A really amazing value. Continental breakfast was adequate.
The room was clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They even let me borrow the fan they had by the desk. They also upgraded my room at no additional charge. I would recommend this place to anyone whose just passing through.
Reserved 2 queen beds, they put us in a room with 2 double beds, lighting fixture in bathroom was missing cover, the threshold for the door was in the middle of the floor, Wi-Fi was almost non existent, heater smelled horrible when turned on, walls had holes and was in major need of repair, baseboards were covered in paint or tearing from the walls, mirrors were dirty. When I mentioned something to the front desk, the girl had only been there 2 days and said that the owner would call me when they came in. The owner never called. Complained to another front desk person who had only been there a week with less than 2 hrs of training and she moved us to another room. When I went to check out, I mentioned that I had issues with several things and the foreign guy behind the desk seemed like he didn't care. When I checked in, I paid in cash. Received no receipt, didn't sign anything. When I went to check out and asked for a receipt, I was NOT in the computer. I imagine that they cashed out the room and took me out of the computer so they wouldn't have to report income for that room. Also there was no breakfast the 2 mornings we were there because the "breakfast" person was not there. I will never stay there again!
