I drove to Illinois from Dallas Texas to help my mamma. I was not getting along with my sisters so I needed a place to stay.. I wanted to find a great place and reasonable prices so I went to asked for prices for Hotels in Litchfield Illinois. Well it showed me Best Value and It was $10.00 cheaper than Super 8 and I hate Super 8.. Well I checked in and the room was nice.. King size bed 5 NICE pillows on the bed and I slept great so well I am staying another night before heading back to Dallas.. I woke up started a pot of coffee(they have a small coffe pot make 3 to 4 cups) took a great shower and had some coffee. I told the desk clerk that they should advertize as I have never heard ot these guys and I will look for them for now on. Oh by the way I am sleeper that loves cold pillows so I slept perfectly just grabbing additional pillows through out the night.. Room very clean bedding outstanding ... Towels perfecto... Thanks and God Bless You all

We stayed here, trying to save some money...but I wish we hadn't. The lady was nice at the desk...but my son had a bad feeling before we even got to the room. We arrived late, so we're looking to save some money here instead of a bigger hotel chain... Security is sketchy at best...the bed was awful, pillows awful (one smelled horrible), tv wasn't clear...good thing we were only here to sleep. Air conditioner sounded like a truck. There were no bugs that I saw, first thing I checked...thankfully. Bad, bad vibes all night from this room, I'm afraid horrible things happened here in the past, if you are sensitive to this...move on...

We stayed here due to emergency car repair and it was the first place we came across. Bad luck all around. The carpet had several large stains, toilet would barely flush, and unknown hairs (not ours) resided in the bathtub. Towels were literally threadbare, and every surface was dirty, worn, or rusty. The two stars are for the positives--beds were OK, fridge and microwave worked, and the staff was pleasant. Do yourself a favor and spend the $20 extra for the Quality Inn just down the road.

The desk service was pleasant, continental breakfast was more than sufficient, room was large and comfortable. The bed was good, shower good, we had three chairs, a frig and coffee pot. Internet service was adequate. There are many stores and restaurants close by, and it is close to the freeway. What more does one need?

We got the last room on a night of flooded highways. Our clerk was accommodating and helpful. She was alone and very busy. The room had dirty carpet, black mold in the tub/shower, and a terrible breakfast. The price was medium, but would not stay there again.

This was ok in the room but the bathroom needed to be gutted. The tub has stuff stuck on the bottom and was dirty. The breakfast was subpar with the most watered down coffee I've had in years. Make your own in the room. It was only $60 for 3 adults but $40 would have been fair for the worn facilities. Staff was very helpful.

Only two lights in the room worked. The toilet would not flush well. The bathtub backed up with inches of water in it. The coffee pot had burnt coffee and mold in it. The beds were never made. The towels were dirty. Too many loud and rowdy people, who were drinking heavily. were having a barbecue in the parking lot. The air conditioner seemed to have only one setting, which was low, even though it had a setting for medium and high. Will never go back and would recommend any other place in town. Would not replace soap or cups in any way, shape, or form.

Doing route 66 we had enough driving for one day...we booked via an hour earlier and arrived.... we were met on arrival with a friendly staff member, she could not find the booking but this was not a problem. She gave us the room we requested and we paid .... we knew the price and if I'm paying for a cheeseburger I know I'm Not getting steak. The room was dated, but exceptable the bed was comfy and large. The room it self was a standard I would expect. ..I'm not over keen on the coffee and fridge in the bathroom it's a large bathroom. I would use this again

Great location for shopping Walmart very close by Numerous fast food places to choose from Got a reduced rate for a suite room was spacious very clean and had large flat screen TV, microwave, & refrigerator

The clerk was very accommodating and personable. The room was very nice and we appreciated the good heater as we were traveling during the Nor'easter of 2016. We would definitely stay again. A really amazing value. Continental breakfast was adequate.
