I only stayed one night at this hotel but it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very clean and well run. Every member of the staff that I had contact with was extremely polite and professional. I also liked the convenience of having a restaurant and fitness center at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with multiple food options. I would definitely stay here again.

A real 5 stars hotel, very modern and stylish and trust worthy. I left 200$ at the hotel room safe, the hotel found the money, and are saving holding it at their hotel for me to take it back. FInally a trust worthy good that worth the money and starts. + Staff was extra caring and helped a lot. + Hotel was very clean. + Comfortable bed and Big room + Questin they will imedinatly try to help and assist + Talk English + Shower essential : shampo, conditioner, shaving, tooth brush, you dont need anything as it already taken care of I will come back to the hotel and advise visitors to go. First, I marked all the answer above "excellent" but doesn't show. This hotel is located in the center of Lisbon. To get to the heart of the city it takes 20 minutes walking beautiful avenues. Next to the hotel are a few very good and inexpensive cafes serving also meals. The hotel really deserves its five stars for the reception area, restaurants and bar, rooms (comfort and cleanliness) SPA etc. Above all for service. The staff is friendly and willing to help with all needs like arrangements for excursions, transportation to the airport, taxi, suggestions of best restaurants and night clubs with traditional music, walking directions etc. I would recommend it strongly and without any reservation.

We arrived at noon, before the official 2PM check-in time. The front desk staff would not even consider checking whether a room was available for early check-in. No other 5-star hotel I've stayed at would not at least pretend to want to try to be helpful. Later, I asked for an Iron (was surprised one was not available in the room, even very modest 3-star hotels regularly have them). Was told with no compassionate that none were available and offered me the hotel's laundry service. In general, the staff were rude and unhelpful.

Nice, clean, modern, great value. Location is below average - far away from the touristy spots. But Lisbon is compact enough, and cabs are relatively inexpensive....so overall, a good value!

this was my first visit to Lisbon and i enjoyed my stay very much! The hotel was conveniently located and the rooms were comfortable and modern. the staff was friendly and helpful, however i feel they could have done a bit more in my particular situation. I had prepaid for 3 nights but ended up staying for two. Since i could not get a refund i feel i should have been offered some kind of compensation (perhaps a complementary internet even), but none was offered.

Close to airport, far from port/main city attractions (in a relatively small city, not too bad). Very clean, HUGE room, extremely modern and clean. Very cool, would definitely stay again. Nice Hermes products in the bathroom.

The air conditioning broke inside the closet of our room. We find out the evening when we got back from a day trip, no message from the staff, no apologies, not a word, even worse, at the frontdesk they didn't even know what was going on, they told us we didn't have a room, because the keys were not working any more.... We thought it's was kind of rude, not a "5*" hotel for sure, even if they clean some of our clothes (they were hanging in the closet).

this was my first visit to Lisbon and i enjoyed my stay very much! The hotel was conveniently located and the rooms were comfortable and modern. the staff was friendly and helpful, however i feel they could have done a bit more in my particular situation. I had prepaid for 3 nights but ended up staying for two. Since i could not get a refund i feel i should have been offered some kind of compensation (perhaps a complementary internet even), but none was offered.

Close to airport, far from port/main city attractions (in a relatively small city, not too bad). Very clean, HUGE room, extremely modern and clean. Very cool, would definitely stay again. Nice Hermes products in the bathroom.
